Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Weave, a premium, non-algorithmic iOS news reader provided by Sunrise Web Studios LLC. By using Weave, you agree to these terms.
Use of Weave
Weave is designed to help you follow news sources, read RSS feeds, import OPML files, save articles, and sync reading state. You agree to use Weave only in a lawful manner and in accordance with these terms and applicable App Store rules.
Accounts
Some features may require an account or authenticated session. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity associated with your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account.
User-Added RSS and OPML Sources
You are responsible for the RSS feeds, OPML files, source URLs, and other content sources you add to Weave. Do not use Weave to access, import, store, or distribute content in a way that violates law, third-party rights, publisher terms, or applicable platform rules.
Third-Party Content
Weave displays or links to content from third-party publishers and sources. Sunrise Web Studios LLC does not own that third-party content unless expressly stated. Publisher names, logos, article text, media, feeds, and linked websites remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party content may change, become unavailable, or contain errors.
Free and Paid Features
Weave may offer free features and paid features. Free users may see limits, sponsored or native placements, or other restrictions. Paid subscriptions or purchases may unlock additional features, remove certain limits, or adjust the app experience as described in the app at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions Through Apple
Weave subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through Apple. Billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment management are handled by Apple under Apple's App Store terms and policies. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
Background Refresh and Availability
Weave depends on iOS, network availability, third-party feeds, app permissions, and device conditions. We do not guarantee that feeds, background refresh, notifications, sync, or article fetching will happen at any specific time or without interruption.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Weave, interfere with its services, attempt unauthorized access, overload systems, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service except where allowed by law, or use Weave to infringe rights or distribute harmful material.
Account Deletion and Termination
You may request account deletion or support by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access to Weave if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk, misused the service, or if we discontinue all or part of the service. Account deletion or termination may remove access to account-linked sync data and paid app features, subject to App Store subscription rules and reasonable retention for legal, security, backup, or operational needs.
Changes to Weave or These Terms
We may update Weave, add or remove features, change free or paid tier details, or revise these terms. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate. Continued use of Weave after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimers
Weave is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Sunrise Web Studios LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability. Weave is a reader for third-party content and is not responsible for publisher content, links, or external websites.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sunrise Web Studios LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or access arising from your use of Weave.
